Recently, I had the opportunity to play a bit of the Driftopia Beta Test, a survival crafting game set on an alien ocean planet, waiting to be explored and discovered. Driftopia, though still in beta on Android, attempts to merge the best elements of oceanic survival games.

I recently played the Demo available on Steam and it’s basically Brotato on steroids, featuring auto-attack horder survival gameplay filled with elements taken from other genres such as tower defense, twin-stick shooting, crafting, and questing. The game is still under development, and set to be release in Early Access on Q1 2024.

7/10The 2023 GOTY contender Resident Evil 4 has finally made its mark on Apple devices, bringing the recent and already iconic survival horror experience to mobile phones, tablets, and Mac. Capcom's decision to release this remake on Apple devices is a significant milestone for mobile gaming, especially considering the game's recent release this year for current-gen consoles and PC. This is probably the first time we are getting a 1:1 mobile port of a technically and visually impressive AAA game, in the same year.
